MMI will begin to conduct exterior maintenance inspections in our community starting February 13. Christa & Emily from MMI are conducting the inspections. As a reminder, these inspections are used to identify potential problems with the home’s roof, fence, wood trim, etc. Please reference the notice sent to all homeowners in January for additional information.

Over the weekend, the Braddock Corner Neighborhood Watch Facebook page reported a burglary had occurred within our community. For more details, access the Facebook page and in addition, the LCSO posts a daily crime report. It is not an inclusive list, only items noted for media interest. The incident that occurred in our community is listed in this report today. You are encouraged to follow guidance given by the LCSO, and here is a link to their latest neighborhood watch newsletter. The Board of Directors meet the third Wednesday of the month with a start time of 7:00pm. The Open Forum portion of the meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. with a resident comment period that typically lasts for 10-15 minutes. Directly following the Open Forum, residents are invited to remain and observe as the Board undertakes the business portion of the meeting. Below are the approved meeting dates for 2013:
